簡(jiǎn)單介紹: SAPHIR時(shí)高 EV系列鋰電池是專(zhuān)用于移動(dòng)式機(jī)械快速充電的電池組,采用國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平的磷酸鐵鋰(LiFePO4)材料電芯。具有高能量密度、超長(zhǎng)的循環(huán)壽命、熱穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)、支持大功率充放電的優(yōu)良特性,是新一代穩(wěn)定、安全、可靠的綠色動(dòng)力電源。
1、充、放電異口,且放電口具有穩(wěn)壓功能
SAPHIR時(shí)高鐵鋰動(dòng)力電池的充電口與放電口隔離,具有真正意義的充、放電異口的功能。24V鐵鋰電池正常充電時(shí)的充電電壓應(yīng)為29.2V,低于此充電電壓,會(huì)降低充電效率,延長(zhǎng)充電時(shí)間。SAPHIR電池?zé)o論加在充電口的充電電壓有多高,EV24-60電池的放電口輸出電壓都被限制不高于26.2V。這個(gè)功能避免了充電機(jī)較高的充電電壓直接加到負(fù)載直流電機(jī)上,而損毀電機(jī)。
2、精確的電池剩余電量顯示輸出
SAPHIR時(shí)高鐵鋰電池在有效電量范圍內(nèi)放電電壓較平穩(wěn),這一特性是鐵鋰電池的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。但若用采集電池電壓的方法來(lái)測(cè)算電池的剩余電量就非常不準(zhǔn)確。
SAPHIR時(shí)高鐵鋰電池是采用軟件“庫(kù)侖積分”的方法,精確測(cè)算電池的剩余電量,并以0~5VDC模擬電壓輸出,線性對(duì)應(yīng)電池0%~100%的剩余電量,方便了上位機(jī)對(duì)電池電量的取值要求。
